Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

- The wrong item was delivered to you.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Procedure for Returns

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
Once verified, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) and the return address.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
